Freme Travel Services hereby know as (“"The Company"”) takes health and Safety seriously and requires all participants to read the terms and conditions before taking part in any tour or activity organised by "The Company".

All activities are conducted at the participant's own risk. "The Company" cannot be held liable or responsible to me  for any loss, liability, damage, death injury, cost, distress discomfort, or inconvenience of any nature  by participants in "The Company"’s programs, tours and activities suffered or incurred by me due to or arising from the following:

1. Any mistake, misinformation or miscommunication contained in or made to any online or offline brochure, tour schedule or itinerary
2. Any acts beyond the control of "The Company" included but not limited to flight delays or cancellations, disease outbreak, acts of God, acts of war and terror, sickness, mechanical / computer failure.
3. Any loss or damage of personal effects during the tour program, using company equipment or in the custody or control of "The Company". I am responsible for all personal effects for the duration of the tour and whilst using "The Company" equipment.
4. Any termination or suspension of services provided by "The Company" due to bankruptcy, liquidation, closure or any order from any Authority.
5. Any illness, disability, injury or death suffered by me, attributed to pre-existing physical condition or illness. I am responsible for my own physical condition and I shall not hold “The Company” Liable or responsible for any illness, disability, personal injury or death suffered by me whilst on a tour or using “The Company” equipment.
6. Any neglect in relation to safety briefings, incorrect use of equipment, declaration of any health related issue.

In all circumstances "The Company" cannot pay compensation or refund for any activities that participants forgo undertaking. 

Undertaking of any activity are conducted at the participant's own risk and must only be undertaken under the guidance of The Companies staff.  "The Company" cannot be held liable or responsible to me  for any loss, liability, damage, death injury, cost, distress discomfort, or inconvenience of any nature  by participants in "The Company"’s programs, tours and activities suffered or incurred by me. Participants are required to alert "The Company" to any and all health related issues such as (heart disease, pregnancy, allergies and restricted mobility)  that may prevent them from undergoing an activity or tour.

I hereby confirm that I have read and understood the terms and conditions are contractual and legally binding and sign below of my own free will.
